By changing the number of the suitable stars and lowering the number of stars that form into planets, it decreases the number of communicating civilizations in our Milky Way. Wilson panzias vs. Davis and bachall

i think that serendipity played a large roll in Wilson and panzias on their discovery of the CMD. Serendipity is the act of finding something on accident or finding something your were not originally looking for in the first place. I think that the Nobel prize favors the experimentalists instead of the theorists because they actually follow out their work. People that get left out is the people that accomplish something and then die before they get a chance to be recognized for their work with a Nobel prize. people that pass away cannot be accepted to win it.
